FOIL BALLOONS

A foil balloon can conduct electricity, so please make sure the balloon does not come into contact with uninsulated electrical wires or electrical devices. Do not attach metal strips to the balloon. Do not release foil balloons into nature, as foil balloons are not biodegradable.
A foil balloon filled with helium gas reacts to temperature fluctuations. In cold air, a foil balloon may appear deflated; when returned to room temperature, the foil balloon expands back to normal size. Do not leave an inflated foil balloon in hot conditions, as sudden expansion of helium can cause the balloon to break.
