Shipping policy

SHIPPING

(Please note: The minimum order value is €20.)

All orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM (16:00 EET) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped no later than the next business day.

Our standard delivery time is 1–3 business days. In many cases, orders placed on weekdays are available for pickup as early as the following day. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and the destination.

Juhlaboksi hands over all eligible orders to the selected shipping carrier by 5:00 PM (17:00 EET) to ensure same-day dispatch whenever possible.

We currently ship within Finland using Posti, PostNord, and Matkahuolto.

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Posti Pickup Point
Delivery within 1–3 business days (typically the next business day).

PostNord Pickup Point
Delivery within 2–5 business days.

Posti Home Delivery
Delivery within 1–3 business days.

With the Home Delivery service, the recipient can choose their preferred delivery date and available delivery time window.

Juhlaboksi Oy is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, damaged, or lost while in the possession of the shipping carrier. We are also not liable for delivery delays or disruptions caused by the carrier.

  • PostNord Pickup Point: €6.50
  • PostNord Home Delivery: €14.90

Free delivery to a pickup point on orders over €79.

PAYMENT

Payments at Juhlaboksi are securely processed through Paytrail or by direct card payment. We ensure that all payment methods available in our online store and at our business premises are secure.

Paytrail Payment Service Provider

Our primary payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7), operating in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions.

Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or credit card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

In the event of any complaints regarding your order, please contact the merchant (Juhlaboksi Oy) first.
